Job Description:
As the HR, Admin, and Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks in Kabul and Parwan Provinces. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with departments, vendors, and suppliers.
- Handling all purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Purchasing goods based on approved PRs and delivering them to the respective departments.
- Obtaining quotes for high-priced items and ensuring the presence of a quote committee.
- Preparing bid forms based on bid evaluations, obtaining committee signatures, and processing further required steps.
- Rising PO to suppliers and service providers after bid approval.
- Ensuring completion of GRN after receiving goods/services.
- Managing inventory, maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and important data.
- Guaranteeing high-quality products and supplies.
- Collaborating with team members and procurement managers to fulfill duties.
- Preparing all procurement documents (PR, PO, Quote, Bid, Contract, log books, reports) and checking for accuracy before submission.
- Regularly monitoring stock levels and distribution status.
- Managing office and rental cars, including fuel usage and maintenance.
- Handling all Administerial and HR-related tasks in Herat province.
- Close coordination with Admin & HR department.
- Participating in obtaining quotations.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in local languages and English (if possible).
- Knowledge of cultural and religious sensitivities and values.
- Compliance with organizational rules and regulations, including anti-harassment policy.
- Morally and disciplinarily fit for the job.
- Good knowledge and skills in computer, particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Note:
