We are seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with various teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals, and managing risks effectively.
- Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies.
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with internal cybersecurity policies, standards, and baselines.
- Prepare daily administrative tasks, reports, and communicate with relevant departments.
- Provide guidance on incident response activities for timely and effective resolution.
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents, identify intrusion scope, indicators of compromise, and ensure proper containment and remediation actions.
- Collaborate on the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training programs.
- Support in improving the culture of security awareness and compliance across the organization.
- Assess and manage third-party security risks through thorough evaluations.
- Regularly follow up on vulnerability management programs with stakeholders and prepare related reports.
- Review and evaluate cybersecurity compliance measures within the company.
- Prepare engaging briefing slides and analytic reports of emerging threats, adversaries, and incidents.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity roles.
- Industry cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, PenTest+ will be preferred.
- High-level understanding of Networking technologies.
- Open-minded and collaborative with a structured and well-organized approach.
- Scientific mindset and a problem-solving approach.
- Self-motivated, self-organized, and comfortable working in an innovative and progressive environment.
