Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with various teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals, and managing risks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies.
  2. Provide strategic oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
  4. Collaborate with teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  6. Monitor compliance with internal cybersecurity policies, standards, and baselines.
  7. Prepare daily administrative tasks, reports, and communicate with relevant departments.
  8. Provide guidance on incident response activities for timely and effective resolution.
  9. Respond to cybersecurity incidents, identify intrusion scope, indicators of compromise, and ensure proper containment and remediation actions.
  10. Collaborate on the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training programs.
  11. Support in improving the culture of security awareness and compliance across the organization.
  12. Assess and manage third-party security risks through thorough evaluations.
  13. Regularly follow up on vulnerability management programs with stakeholders and prepare related reports.
  14. Review and evaluate cybersecurity compliance measures within the company.
  15. Prepare engaging briefing slides and analytic reports of emerging threats, adversaries, and incidents.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity roles.
  • Industry cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, PenTest+ will be preferred.
  • High-level understanding of Networking technologies.
  • Open-minded and collaborative with a structured and well-organized approach.
  • Scientific mindset and a problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivated, self-organized, and comfortable working in an innovative and progressive environment.
