Job Description:

  • Compile, administer, and grade examinations, ensuring academic integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required information.
  • Hold regular office hours to advise and assist students.
  • Coordinate training programs with external educational institutions and vocational schools.
  • Select and obtain necessary materials and supplies for teaching.
  • Participate in camps and community events as required.
  • Act as advisors to students dealing with social and academic issues.
  • Perform administrative duties, potentially serving as a department head.
  • Assist with student support services like counseling and remedial tutoring.
  • Participate in personal professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
  • Communicate effectively with the coordinator, reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Provide training materials for students and deliver daily theory call lessons.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate supportive and caring behavior towards students.
  • Ensure teaching/learning activities follow the standardized curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student activities.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and teaching skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Faculty.
  • Fluency in Dari and Pashto, with knowledge of English.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office or willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals, from teaching professionals to support staff.
  • Ability to organize work, prepare lesson plans, and effectively guide and evaluate students.
  • Trained in the latest curriculum.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of teaching experience.

Proficiency in computer usage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

Effective communication and knowledge of local communities.

Interpersonal, managerial, and conflict resolution skills.

Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
