Job Description:

  • Teach students to understand, speak, write, and read English.
  • Deliver computer lessons in alignment with the National Curriculum.
  • Develop English lesson plans in accordance with the National Curriculum.
  • Plan classes, mark assignments, and ensure the safety of students during lessons.
  • Provide career advice to students.
  • Organize and deliver engaging classroom lectures.
  • Evaluate students’ class work and assignments.
  • Prepare classroom materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
  • Manage classroom and computer lab effectively.
  • Uphold discipline within the classroom.
  • Create a vibrant and engaging teaching atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with students, teachers, parents, and administration officials.
  • Utilize strong instructional skills to explain new ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Showcase writing skills through progress reports and other documentation.
  • Exercise patience and adaptability to cater to diverse student backgrounds and abilities.
  • Infuse creativity into lessons and accommodate different learning styles.
  • Utilize people skills to engage with parents, fostering positive relationships with students and faculty.

Job Requirements:

Language Requirements:

Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari.

Qualifications:

Graduated from English literature/computer science.

Able to speak English, Pashto, and Dari.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Experience:

1 year of experience in teaching/management.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of local communities.

Strong teamwork abilities.
