Job Description:
Position Summary:
Kunduz Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead a team of trainers. As a Supervisor, you play a crucial role in ensuring our trainers deliver high-quality training programs to our employees. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Trainers:
- Provide direct supervision to trainers, overseeing daily activities and workload to ensure effective training delivery.
Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly evaluate trainers’ performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with trainers to develop and update training materials, aligning programs with organizational goals.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement measures to maintain training standards, review sessions, and provide feedback.
Training Evaluation:
- Develop assessment methods to evaluate program effectiveness and trainers’ performance.
Mentorship and Development:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning among trainers, providing guidance and professional development.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records related to training activities, generating reports on effectiveness and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Training and Development, Human Resources, Education).
- Training Expertise: In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and emerging training trends.
