Job Description:

  • Technical Quality
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate activities with external entities, government agencies, and community groups.
  • Coordinate information exchange and resource sharing within the organization to support collaborative projects.
  • Develop Biannual reports for FSP active projects with the support of FSP Managers.
  • Collaborate with Liaison and access department to develop MoU for new FSP grants.
  • General Duties
  • Update Beneficiaries indicator database in collaboration with FSP managers.
  • Raise PRs for dignity kits, coordinating with the supply chain team for quality samples.
  • Ensure regular updates of spending plans for all grants in collaboration with FSP Managers and finance team.
  • Monitor spending plans, procurement plans, and work plans regularly, tracking program activity budgets.
  • Follow up on logistics and procurement with support staff for smooth program activities.
  • Collect and provide necessary information for planning and organizing project support activities.
  • Maintain program database and documentation for required administrative activities.
  • Regularly update grant information in coordination with program coordinator and managers.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, humanities, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within NGOs.
  • Clear understanding of the impact of FSP on women and girls.
  • Direct experience in counseling, psychosocial support, and service delivery to women and girls.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supervising staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
  • Positive and professional attitude, with strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.

A 1-year tenure is proposed, but employees are encouraged to stay for at least 6 months.
