Job Description:

• As an Enterprise Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales objectives and maintaining excellent client relationships. Your responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute regular visits to enterprise sales key accounts, gathering feedback, and resolving complaints.
• Coordinate with prospect and potential segments in the assigned area to arrange visit programs, establishing meeting appointments.
• Develop strong relationships with enterprise sales clients, providing regular feedback on market dynamics and client expectations.
• Effectively communicate EA product offerings, including technical descriptions and potential applications, to meet client needs.
• Conduct formal presentations about EA products and services for potential clients.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, collaborating with relevant sections for information and feedback.
• Coordinate and escalate complex issues to the appropriate sections, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
• Prepare monthly statistical reports on customer complaints, categorizing products and types of complaints.
• Maintain a high level of customer relationship management for enterprise sales customers.
• Prepare monthly analysis reports of enterprise sales clients for EA management.
• Undertake report writing and documentation tasks as assigned by the line manager.
• Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Baccalaureate degree with one year of relevant experience.
