Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating a positive customer experience at Etisalat sales points. Here are your key responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome direct sales customers.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Address customers’ queries regarding Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to assist prospective customers in making informed decisions.
- Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies for Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Manage returns of stock efficiently and report any variances to the supervisor.
- Inform customers about product discounts and special offers.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the line supervisor.
- Stay updated on Etisalat Afghanistan’s new products and services.
- Achieve individual and assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High School graduate with one year of relevant experience.
