Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to enhance our customer experience at Etisalat sales points. As a key player, your responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming direct sales customers.
- Providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Offering proper answers to customers’ queries about Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing for prospective customers.
- Implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies for Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Managing stock returns efficiently, reporting any variances to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Informing customers about Etisalat Afghanistan product discounts and special offers.
- Gauging customer feedback and sharing insights with the line supervisor.
- Staying updated on Etisalat Afghanistan’s new products and services.
- Achieving individual and assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Undertaking any other assigned tasks by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High School graduate with one year of relevant experience.
