Position: Sales Representative
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Etisalat Afghanistan, you play a crucial role in engaging and assisting direct sales customers at Etisalat sales points. Your responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming customers.
- Providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Addressing customer queries effectively.
- Conducting price and feature comparisons to guide prospective customers.
- Cross-selling and up-selling Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Managing stock returns efficiently.
- Informing customers about product discounts and special offers.
- Gathering and sharing customer feedback with the line supervisor.
- Staying updated on Etisalat Afghanistan’s new products and services.
- Achieving individual and assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Undertaking any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High School graduate with at least one year of relevant experience.
