Job Description:

  • As a Pashto Teacher at Khog Kor School, your responsibilities will include:
  • Applying and ensuring the implementation of effective teaching methods during the teaching period.
  • Developing and maintaining monthly and annual lesson plans.
  • Delivering comprehensive knowledge of the relevant subject to students in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring and maintaining regular attendance records for students.
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and annual teaching plans for the relevant subject.
  • Active participation in seminars and training sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring the well-being of orphan students in the Khog Kor school.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness of all students (clothing, health, hair, etc.).
  • Assisting and supporting other teachers in case of urgent absences.
  • Establishing clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects.
  • Conducting classwork and homework assessments for all students.
  • Checking and evaluating all students’ homework assignments.
  • Preparing midterm and annual exam questions and overseeing the entire examination process.
  • Ensuring timely preparation of reports on students and activities as required by administration.
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary books, materials, and supplies for the relevant class.
  • Encouraging students to participate in and providing opportunities for extra-curricular activities.
  • Actively participating in the implementation of seasonal programs.
  • Performing any other tasks as required by the principal.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Pashto Department)

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in teaching or a relevant field.

Required Skills:

Fluency in local languages.

Demonstrated patience and abilities required for working with hostel and school children.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Punctuality and timeliness.
