Job Description:

Job Summary:

Under the overall supervision of the Area Manager & Finance Coordinator, the Finance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IR financial guidelines in field offices, handling cash-flow requests, preparing finance documentation, managing bank transfers, creating vouchers, conducting monthly bank reconciliations, and overseeing provincial budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to IR financial guidelines in field offices.
  2. Prepare accurate cash-flow requests for field offices.
  3. Compile and review monthly finance documentation for field offices, obtaining approvals, and submitting to CO.
  4. Handle bank transfers, including supplier payments and field office advances.
  5. Create vouchers for bank payments and field office transactions in the AX system.
  6. Perform monthly bank reconciliations in the system.
  7. Prepare and manage provincial budgets.
  8. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:


BBA/Finance and Accounting.


  • 3 to 4 years of professional work experience in the finance field.
  • Experience in a similar position within an NGO or international organization is desirable.
  • Skills in financial software.
