Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Monitoring Officer to oversee and enhance the performance of assigned areas, including retailers, dealers, outlets, EDS, franchises, Afghan Posts Project, DRM Agents, etc. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor assigned areas related to POS, ensuring quality services at channels like EDS, outlets, retailers, dealers, Afghan Post Project, DRM Agents, etc.
- Aggressively achieve assigned targets for EA products, focusing on Scratch Cards, E-Top Up, and SIMs in your designated areas.
- Regularly visit markets and respective dealers/POS to boost sales according to company policies and procedures.
- Support and motivate assigned EDS, Outlet, DRM Agents, Afghan Post Sales agents, and retailers for maximum market share.
- Provide guidelines and necessary training to assigned POS agents regarding MPOs, DSCM, DRM, and E-Top Up for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure proper placement of merchandising/POS material, especially in EDS, DRM agents, Afghan Post Sales points, and outlets.
- Provide and update product knowledge to assigned POS agents as per company policies and procedures.
- Monitor market regularly to ensure EA product availability and visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively inform line supervisor/manager in case of non-availability.
- Ensure implementation of EA & ATRA sim registration policy, submitting required documents for quality registration.
- Share performance reports with assigned POS agents regularly to facilitate development.
- Resolve assigned POS agents’ issues related to commission, MPOS, DSCM, DRM Software, and E-Top Up services.
- Present weekly activities report to line supervisor/manager.
- Share competitor movement reports, especially during new offers in the market.
- Organize sale campaigns/Micro Marketing Activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Share survey reports of assigned POS agents, focusing on EDS, Outlets, Dealers & retailers, and Afghan Post Sales Points.
- Build and implement productive business relationships with existing POS agents and key account customers.
- Focus on EDS & Afghan Post Sales Points development in current challenges from ATRA, other governmental organizations, and law enforcement agencies.
- Ensure timely submission of documents within given KPIs and provide product knowledge updates to Dealers and retailers.
Job Requirements:
Baccalaureate with one year of relevant experience.
