Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at Etisalat Afghanistan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming direct sales customers in Etisalat sales points.
- Providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Addressing customers’ queries about Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Conducting price and feature comparisons to assist prospective customers in making informed purchases.
- Cross-selling and up-selling Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Managing returns of stock without variance and reporting to the supervisor promptly.
- Informing customers about Etisalat Afghanistan product discounts and special offers.
- Gauging customer feedback and sharing insights with the line supervisor.
- Staying updated about Etisalat Afghanistan’s new products and services.
- Achieving individual and assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Undertaking any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High School graduate with at least one year of relevant experience.
