Job Description:
- As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards of Etisalat Afghanistan. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervise assigned points of sales to meet Etisalat Afghanistan standards.
- Cultivate strong customer service and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate confidence in achieving results and problem-solving capabilities.
- Align actions and behavior with Sales needs and priorities within established procedures and plans.
- Encourage team members to express ideas, fostering team spirit and a friendly working environment.
- Prioritize customer needs and ensure they are met.
- Prepare and provide timely reports on customer feedback to direct sales hierarchy.
- Implement pre-approved processes and procedures in relevant points of sales.
- Ensure proper management to prevent fraud-related matters.
- Maintain positive results for the point of sales CVPA (Cost Value Profit Analysis) report.
- Supervise point of sales team members, providing feedback to enhance performance.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of products and services, offering technical support and information to the team.
- Ensure the relevant point of sales achieves sales targets for SIM sales, Top Up, and Gross revenue.
- Uphold punctuality and discipline at the point of sales to manage customer flow effectively.
- Conduct daily reconciliation reports for the point of sales, ensuring zero discrepancies before submission to finance.
- Prepare required reports for the point of sales as per direct sales hierarchy requirements, ensuring timely submission.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Supervisor Flagship to complete assigned tasks by the Manager Direct Sales.
