Their work encompasses various sectors, including emergency relief, food security, livelihood, education, health, nutrition, shelter, orphan sponsorship, Ramadan, and Qurbani programs.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

Under the overall supervision and guidance of the Supply Chain & Service Department, the incumbent undertakes the following duties:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook menu items in proper quantities according to the planned and scheduled menu and staff’s choices.
  2. Use proper tasting techniques to ensure quality taste and meet standard quality.
  3. Leave the work station clean and restocked.
  4. Accurately record portion amounts of food used during meals on service records.
  5. Accurately measure food temperatures.
  6. Fill out sanitation and temperature logs and food service records as required.
  7. Communicate effectively, work cooperatively and respectfully with a diverse set of staff, management team, and guests.
  8. Assist the cleaner in cleaning the office premises.
  9. Vacuum carpets, tidy, and dust the Staff Room and other specified office areas.
  10. Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the specified areas.
  11. Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School graduate or Basic Education at least.

Work Experience: At least 3-4 years of proven related experience in National or International NGOs.

Languages & Skill: Fluency in the local language is desirable.
