Job Description:
Job Summary:
Under the overall supervision and guidance of the Supply Chain & Service Department, the incumbent undertakes the following duties:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in proper quantities according to the planned and scheduled menu and staff’s choices.
- Use proper tasting techniques to ensure quality taste and meet standard quality.
- Leave the work station clean and restocked.
- Accurately record portion amounts of food used during meals on service records.
- Accurately measure food temperatures.
- Fill out sanitation and temperature logs and food service records as required.
- Communicate effectively, work cooperatively and respectfully with a diverse set of staff, management team, and guests.
- Assist the cleaner in cleaning the office premises.
- Vacuum carpets, tidy, and dust the Staff Room and other specified office areas.
- Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the specified areas.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School graduate or Basic Education at least.
Work Experience: At least 3-4 years of proven related experience in National or International NGOs.
Languages & Skill: Fluency in the local language is desirable.
