At Development and Humanitarian Services (DHSA), we passionately believe in the transformative power of an educated and informed Afghan populace. That’s why we established Killid, our non-profit media arm, meaning “the key” in English. Our primary aim is to foster Afghan ownership of the development process by providing vital information and education to the most marginalized communities throughout Afghanistan.

Killid was born from a collective understanding of the pivotal role of Afghan media and a deep-seated belief in equal access to information for all Afghans. Our vision extends beyond mere information dissemination; it encompasses empowering communities through knowledge, enabling them to shape their futures and participate actively in development initiatives.
